About Me
My name is John Grabetz and I am a high school English teacher at Wyandotte Roosevelt High School. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2014 with a degree in secondary education. I majored in English Language, Literature, & Writing and I completed a minor in Earth Science. I have worked in education for over six years now, and I love it. Along with teaching, I am a tennis coach, a Link Crew coordinator, and I run a summer book program called Wyandotte Reads.
To further my career and education, I enrolled in Michigan State University's Masters of Art in Educational Technology program. My time there has definitely improved my focus in both teaching and leadership. Go Green!
More personally, I reside in Wyandotte with my wife Kelsey. We love the neighborhood, and you have probably seen us out and about on our walks. I spend my free time training in kickboxing, playing tennis, reading, and playing video games. Above all, I love to travel and experience new things.
